Unbeknownst to the people in
the nearby town a flying
saucer has landed in the woods and one of the saucer's large-headed
occupants decides to explore. Meanwhile a teenage couple (Steven Terrell & Gloria
Castillo) is driving to their local lover's lane without their headlights
on and accidentally run down the creature that has emerged that has been out
exploring.
After
the teenagers have left to report the incident Joe, a drunken opportunist (Frank
Gorshin), stumbles across the alien's corpse. He decides to keep the body, imagining
future riches and fame but other aliens soon arrives and injects alcohol into Joe’s
veins via their retractable hypodermic needle fingernails. Joe, already
intoxicated, soon dies from alcohol poisoning.
